new just listed    Santa Ponca

Hello,     

I bought the leasehold on a bar in Santa Ponsa last year. Due to family
problems I have returned to England but my business partner is still in
Mallorca. I am looking to sell my half of the bar as i am not in a position
to return to Spain. The bar has been open all over winter and we had a good
first Summer so my partner is keen to keep it going. Do you think there may
be interest in someone buying half an established bar, less risk, ongoing
concern etc.. I am only looking for £20,000 which is 50% of the original
lease the bar has been redecorated and we have up dated the sound system
and spent money on advertising etc..
