Current  business Operation
This bar has been recently undergone some refurbishment and redecoration, including a complete wiring upgrade, giving a modern look to the premises. A substantial amount of money has been spent on new equipment throughout the bar. The business trades all year providing drinks and a varied snack menu to a variety of customers in this cosmopolitan resort as well as offering live entertainment in the evenings.

The premises are entered from street level onto a sunny front terrace with shade provided by a retractable awning above. There is seating for 32 people on cane chairs on the terrace and a pool table for customer amusement.

Inside the bar has been decorated in green and lilac and can seat a further 35 people on bar stools and upholstered chairs. A raised stage area, with new “star” curtain is located at on end of the bar. Music and lighting equipment includes karaoke machine, mixing desk, noise limiter, DVD player, remote controlled microphone system and a new lighting control panel that is linked to the spotlights and 12 special effect lights situated above the dance floor area. There are two ceiling mounted monitor speakers as well as two floor standing speakers.

There is a ceiling mounted projection television with large pull down screen complete with satellite system and dish suitable for Sky reception and an Internet station with computer, monitor, keyboard and webcam all for the use of customers.

The marble topped bar has good storage both above and behind and contains two bottle coolers, beer dispensing equipment, new coffee machine and grinder, sink unit and a state of the art computerised cash register.

The compact kitchen area is equipped with two microwaves, sandwich toaster, toaster, blender, upright fridge/freezer, small chest freezer, a three door stainless steel fridge and double sink unit.

Two fully tiled public washrooms and a recently constructed storage room to the rear of the bar completes the features.

Situation
The premises are located just two minutes from one of the best beaches on the island, and the main shopping boulevard in this popular cosmopolitan resort. Several hotels and apartments nearby provide plenty of passing trade.

Financial
The recent refitting and re-equipping of the business has been done to a high standard and at considerable expense by previous owners. The rent and running costs are average for the size and type of business.

Potential
The bar itself needs little done to it, but there may be the potential to increase and/or upgrade the menu, to perhaps incorporate theme nights or to provide Spanish tapas style snacks.
