The Roma Education Fund is an international organization registered in Switzerland, established by the World Bank and the Open Society Institute. The goal of the Roma Education Fund is to contribute to closing the gap in educational outcomes between Roma/Gipsy and non-Roma, through policies and programs to support quality education for Roma/Gipsy including desegregation of educational systems. Position: Administrative Officer

Duties:
• Assist management and staff on human resources and administrative matters.
Liaise between the Swiss and the Hungarian offices
• Assist the Finance in invoice documentation and pull invoices and related documents ready for the accounting department in each month including bills verification
• Provide assistance with writing job descriptions.
• Coordinate the recruitment and selection processes of staff.
• Scheduling and organizing job interviews.
• Participation in applicants interviews, conducting reference checks on possible candidates.
